Forum for Dignity Initiatives (FDI) believes that all children and vulnerable adults, regardless of
age, gender, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or social status, have
the right to be protected from all forms of harm, abuse, neglect, and exploitation. FDI is
committed to creating and maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment in which the
dignity, welfare, and safety of all individuals are always upheld
FDI adopts a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of abuse, harassment, exploitation, or
misconduct involving children and vulnerable adults. This includes physical, sexual, emotional,
psychological, and financial abuse, as well as neglect, coercion, and discrimination. Safeguarding
is the responsibility of all FDI representatives, and any concerns or suspicions must be reported
promptly in accordance with this policy.
Virtual Community
Any individual may report safeguarding concerns through Safeguarding Focal Person, HR, line management, or the Whistleblowing Mechanism. Concerns may also be reported confidentially via email complaints@fdipakistan.org and 24 / 7 helpline +92 345-9992187
